The send-in process

From packing to return, here is how the postal service works.
Contact, pack & send
Contact NESS for the delivery address and to confirm what to include in your parcel. Pack your tools and send them with a trusted carrier, such as Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx.
Sharpen & inspect
Once your tools reach NESS, they are sharpened. Every blade is checked before being sent back.
Payment & return
Pay through a payment link or invoice. Your tools are sent back once payment has cleared.

The postal service covers scissors and blades. Professional scissor sharpening is £13; standard clipper blades are £8 and ceramic clipper blades are £8.50. View all sharpening prices.
